Refund Policy

Refund window
You may request a refund of the Vireon Onboarding fee within 7 days of registration, provided you have not withdrawn any earnings and have not consumed more than ₦1,000 of your Vireon Credit.
Non-refundable items
Approved earnings, Vireon Wallet/Credit that has been spent, and completed VTU (airtime & data) purchases are non-refundable.
How to request
Email support@vireonhub.net.ng from your registered email address with the subject line 'Refund request — [Your Full Name]'. Include your Vireon account phone number.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting Vireon support will result in permanent suspension of your Vireon account. Please email support first — we resolve genuine issues quickly.
